forgive me, dear friends, for I have forsaken you... at least, that's how it looks!
it's been too long (again) since my last post. truth be told, I've been mulling over 3 major posts since my renunciation of the "real life"-lie... and I think I'm ready to start committing them to "paper".
bear with me while I find the words ;0)
love always,
W
when it all boils down and the fans have been hit,
there's a lot to be said for having a chuckle
and leaving it at that.

spam on my blog?
yup - madness of madness: shock! shock! horror! horror!
my blog has been spammed. somehow, somewhere, a terribly clever new bot (deceptecon?) managed to hijack my blog-by-email settings. 2 posts were made without my knowledge - the last one being: "start earning 15 minutes from now", which automatically loaded another site.
these posts have been deleted and I have disabled blog-by-email.
if you have a blogger or blogspot blog - i suggest you double check your security settings.
sh!t happens.

if we were free
what would you do, if you were truely free? free from fear and all the "necessary" traps and confines we construct because of fear?
i knew the answer once. we all did. children not only have true faith - they also know how to listen to their hearts. The Dream from your childhood - who remembers?
i believe God welcomes us into this world with a clear calling: to be happy! what better testament to the glory of God is there than pure joy?
yes, i believe God calls us to be happy - and to shine our lights of pure love and joy into every shadow.
The Dream from our childhood is also our mission and purpose on earth.
i remember that my Dream never spoke of fear. growing up, i learnt to throttle that Dream with what was "possible". i learnt that happiness and love were supposed to be situational perks. in real life, you were supposed to worry, weigh and considder, be weary and be strong. real life expects us to be suspicious and fearful.
"real life" is a lie.
a trick of shadows.
an excuse

a glimpse of a weekend well spent
I see their knavery
this is to make an ass of me
*sigh* I'm still humming the tunes from "Were the world mine" ;0) nice pipes, indeed!
Dragon Boat Festival meant that my weekend was a long weekend. which in itself was amazing! my body really needed a time-out from school. so much so that i didn't even leave the apartment on Thursday! well, not untill 6pm at least. and then only to get some essential groceries before flying back to our comfortable couch ;0)
Peter was, unfortunately, not afforded a long weekend. poor fella had to work. the life of a rep...
we did, however, manage to spend some quality time together :0) wether it was playing World of Warcraft or trying out a different hot-pot restaurant - it was amazing to just relax and delight in each-other's company. watching him devour an entire school of shrimp filled me with an enormous sense of joy!
sharing pleasures and being privy to another's surrender to gastronomic delight... Life is good!
ps. we had ice cream too ;0)
