hello and thank you for stopping by! as you can tell, this is a very new blog - from a very inexperienced (dare i say?) blogger.
if anyone can give me some tips on how to make it easier on the eye - i can make pretty images, but don't have a clue as to how to get them working as backgrounds, headers/logos and all those neat applications.
meanwhile, i'm going to have fun exploring this new universe.

ReplyDeleteI found loads of themes and plugins available, but a word of caution:
backup early, backup often ;-)
More than once I managed to stuff up my home page by manually fiddling with the sidebar php.
Only later did I realize there is an elegant way of doing this through the presentation screen, doh
Anyway, this is lightyears easier that it was a few yesrs ago, thanks to great tools like WordPress, etc

ReplyDelete*lol* You're lightyears ahead of me with WordPress. I had a look at the installation instructions and host settings etc. I'm not ashamed to admit that my eyes crossed and I developed a serious headache (heehee).
I suppose that's the difference between nerds and geeks?
